Jennifer Lopez has fronted numerous fashion campaigns in her decades-long career, but her latest one for Coach hits closer to home. The American label released its latest fall ads that feature the 50-year-old singer, her 12-year-old twins, Emme and Max Muñiz, and the superstar's own mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez.
Titled "Coach Family," the images, lensed by Ryan McGinley, showcase the Lopez clan posing in a number of scenes: at a table in field, overlooking a picturesque mountain backdrop, and in a backyard, having a picnic. The pictures are fun, lighthearted, and express that the definition of family is all-inclusive.
"What does a modern family look like? There is not one single definition," Lopez said in a video that she posted on Instagram. "It's not about perfection, it's about acceptance—where everyone can be their true, authentic selves around each other. I mean, look at us."
"This day had me feeling all the feels," read the caption on Instagram. "Thank you @coach for this beautiful story and thank you mom, Max and Emme for being who you are."
Soon enough, Lopez will be adding three more names to her tribe: Her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, and his two daughters, Natasha and Ella Rodriguez. The couple had to postpone their nuptials because of the pandemic.
"There's no planning right now," she said in May. "You just have to kind of wait and see how this all plays out, and it's disappointing on one level."
